Enjoy spectacular ocean views in one of Koloa’s most sought-after oceanfront condominiums. This south and west facing 2-bedroom, 2-bath corner condo has a unique view of Kauai's unsurpassed sunsets. Floor to ceiling windows, an elevated position on the third floor and a glass balcony railing provide unobstructed views of the ocean, just feet away. Enjoy watching surfers, dolphins, turtles and whales (in season) from your own balcony, or even from inside the condo! You will get an up-close view of the gorgeous parakeets that visit the property every morning and evening, and you may get to see a wedding at the restaurant next door.
This fully upgraded and stocked condo features granite countertops, solid wood cabinets, tile flooring, and air conditioning. Both bedrooms have king beds, and the living room couch doubles as a pull-out bed. Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located on the same floor.
The condo is steps from Lawai Beach, known for its snorkeling, and only a few minutes’ walk to Baby Beach, a quiet spot frequented by sunbathing sea turtles. Just outside the building is the Beach House, a great oceanfront restaurant. The condo is also within walking distance of The Shops at Kukui'ula, and a very quick drive to Poipu Beach, Sheraton Beach and Brenneke’s Beach. The location is fantastic!

Rates
Maximum 6 person occupancy. Hawaii Occupancy Tax and any fees are separate; refer to quote for exact numbers. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. We will send you a rental agreement to be signed by main guest.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is canceled more than 30 days prior to beginning of stay, 50% of fees and taxes will be refunded.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to stay, no refund will be provided.
*Note that we strongly recommend that you get comprehensive travel insurance.*
Payment Terms
To reserve, 25% is due to book, and the remainder is due 60 days before the reservation. We accept credit cards, but if you would like to avoid a transaction fee, we also accept Venmo, Zelle, wire transfer or checks (70 days before booking for checks).
Security Deposit
This is a payment of $300 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It will be fully refunded within 14 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay.The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit. House Rules
GENERAL RULES
Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
PARKING:
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces painted white. You will be assigned a parking and issued a permit upon your arrival. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.

Incredible stay with an even more spectacular view
We had an incredible stay that we will remember forever. Everything was wonderful about our stay. Great communication with the hosts, the cleanliness of the unit, all of the nice features in the unit (beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, etc.) was the cherry on top! Wonderful
The condo at Kuhio Shores #319 was perfect. Awesome ocean views and sunset. Very clean, well equipped. The owners very thoughtful, we had goodies and a bottle of wine waiting for us. We will definitely be back!
