This gem with a spectacular ocean view is only a 100 yards to beautiful sandy Lawai Beach or a short walk to Baby Beach. If relaxing is your plan our newly renovated pool nestled in our tropical garden will not disappoint.

Less than 1 1/2 miles to Spouting Horn Park, National Botanical Gardens, Poipu Beach, Poipu Shopping Village, and historic Koloa Town.
Half mile walk to Shops At Kukuiula where you can enjoy a wonderful dinner at Merriman's Fish House and evening ice cream treats at Lappert's.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation notice must be received in writing. For cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is $150. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds. Travel insurance is advised.
Payment Terms
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. 25% of the rent deposit is required to book. Balance is due 60 days prior to check-in. Payments by personal checks, Venmo, Zelle or money orders are preferred to avoid fees. Paypal/credit card payments are accepted, if the guest covers the incurred fees.
Security Deposit
This is a payment of $200 collected from the guest to cover possible damage to the property. It is fully refunded within 10 business days if there are no damages. We inventory and inspect the property before and after every stay. The guest will be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
GENERAL RULES
Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. NO early check-ins or late check-outs, unless specified in your rental agreement. Maximum occupancy: 2 guests. NO SMOKING is permitted in or around the unit, including lanai. NO PETS are permitted. Violation will result in the loss of your security deposit.
PARKING:
Parking is permitted in the designated spaces in front of the property and in the parking structure adjacent to the property.
GARBAGE:
Insects are common in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
YOUR DEPARTURE:
Wash all dishes. Lock all windows and doors. Take out the garbage. Return the key to the hook behind the door.

Nice condo, fantastic location
The location of this rental is really wonderful. Nice view, great views, walking distance to beaches and dining. The until is self is clean and has all the amenities. One note is that the layout is a little quirky - the bedroom is in the middle and you have to walk through it to go to the kitchen or living room space. It worked fine for us though, even with a kid. The property owners were very responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We will stay again if we have the opportunity next time we are on Kauai!

A Wonderful Oasis
What an amazing weekend at the Prince Kuhio Resort! Couldn’t of asked for a better way to spend Christmas weekend!
The place was better than even described, and amazingly clean with all the amenities one needs to have a truly relaxing time in Kauai:)
Check in was easy peasy, and Jim’s communication was prompt and welcoming. The roosters crowing were a great alarm clock so as not to waste a precious minute on the island, and I certainly enjoyed the juicy Madonna biography in the condo library! Great hosts and great location, and certainly finding it extremely difficult to leave, but I know I will return.
