Our 1-bed/1-bath condo is perfect for a couple, and is located in Kamaole Beach Royale Resort. Located on the 6th floor, it offers spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, Maui mountains and Hawaiian islands.
You will be just steps away from one of the best beaches on Maui and will be in short walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You will enjoy beautiful ocean views from the lanai (patio) as well as from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Ocean views include the islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini, and Lanaii - and the beautiful West Maui Mountains. Enjoy whale watching (in season) right from your lanai! The bedroom has a view of Mount Haleakala.
The unit was completely remodeled in 2012. The kitchen includes wood cabinets, granite countertops, and all new appliances. The bathroom features granite countertop, travertine shower, and two shower heads: Rainshower, and hand-held sprayer.
The condo comes fully equipped, and includes free wired and wireless high-speed (70meg) internet service. (This is NOT 'hotel service' internet with separate login screen every time you go online.) Our unit also features keyless entry, so no more worrying about keys! Hotel-style in-room safe.
* Especially for those summer months, we have installed an air conditioning system that puts cool air directly into the bedroom, in addition to the living areas. (That makes us special on Maui since many condo's only have a window air conditioner in the living room.) Now you can enjoy the balmy island breeze during the day, and sleep comfortably at night!

Maximum occupancy for KBR and HKOK units (one bedroom condo) is 4 people, per Hawaii law. Maximum occupancy for our HPH unit (one bedroom) is 3 people.
These condos are non-smoking (including on the lanai), per Hawaii law. Violators will be charged their full damage deposit and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
NO Pets.
Parties/Events are not allowed.
These condos are not child-proofed and toddlers are discouraged. By renting this condo, guests assume all liability and risk to their children, and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using property.
Check-in and check-out times are necessary to allow our cleaning staff adequate time to clean the unit and do laundry to prepare for our next guests. Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 10am.
Hawaii state regulations require us to obtain the names of all guests, including home addresses and contact phone numbers, for all rentals.
If local or State taxes change after booking or after payment, we reserve the right to modify Taxes due, and collect (or refund) additional taxes as appropriate.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days will receive 50% refund. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
You may choose to purchase 3rd party travel insurance to alleviate the burden of unexpected cancellations. Some companies offering travel insurance include: AAA, CAA, and www.allianztravelinsurance.com.
Hurricane/Storm policy: No refunds will be given (unless the cancellation is 60 days or more prior to your stay).
Payment Terms
ALL Rates are in US dollars.
We prefer a check or money order. (Bounced checks will incur a $30 charge.)
We can accept credit cards (using PayPal as intermediary), for an additional non-refundable fee of approximately 3% in the US and 4.5% for international guests (including Canada). The credit card fee is charged by PayPal, not us. (The exact amount of the extra fee will be quoted to you at the time of booking.)
Payment is subject to addition of Hawaii Taxes of 14.25% which will be itemized, unless the rate is advertised as "includes taxes".
$300 deposit is required within 7 days of reservation or reservation will be cancelled.
Full payment must be received 90 days prior to reserved arrival date or reservation may be cancelled.
Security Deposit
A damage deposit of $300 is required (although may be waived in certain situations). We prefer a separate check for the damage deposit.
The damage deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure unless required to cover breakage, damage or excess cleaning.
Regarding PayPal and the Damage Deposit:
For those paying by credit card using PayPal as intermediary, the $300 damage deposit will incur an additional credit card fee of $8.96 in the US and $13.81 for international guests. (The extra credit card fee is paid to PayPal.) We may invoice you separately for the damage deposit (within 60 days of your scheduled departure date) so that we can later refund your damage deposit including credit card fees through PayPal. For international guests we are not responsible for any lost money due to changes in the US$ exchange rate between the time of your payment and the time of your damage deposit refund. Also, for some countries (such as Russia), PayPal imposes a waiting period on refunded money (reportedly up to 30 days). You are subject to the PayPal policies for your country.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of the amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
> The rooftop deck area (7th floor) is for use by guests and owners only. There are BBQ grills, tables and chairs. Enjoy this area, but please clean-up when you leave as a courtesy for other guests and owners. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
> Pool hours are 9am to 9pm. - Observe all pool rules posted there. Children using the pool must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty.
> There is an "Aloha Room" for guests and owners located on the ground floor just south of the
elevator. There is a kitchen, sofas, TV, etc., along with a men's and women's bathroom (no shower). You can use these restrooms when downstairs at the pool.
> A trash chute is located behind the door to the left of the elevator. Please bag all trash and use only during posted hours. Recycling of glass, plastic, cans, paper and cardboard is located next to the trash chute.
> Observe quiet hours (posted in the condominium lobby area) so as not to disturb other guests and owners who live on-property.
> Hawaii law prohibits smoking within 20 feet of the building. Smoking is not permitted in our unit, on the lanai (patio), around the pool area, or on the rooftop deck.
> Please do not hang anything on the lanai or walkway railings. Cooking is not allowed on the lanai's.
> You are allowed to park one car in the free parking lot conveniently located at the condominium. You must register your vehicle with the condominium association upon your arrival (or the next day). We will give you instructions.

Maui Family Vacation
Absolutely everything was fabulous. Lovely Kihei condo, huge lanai with spectacular Kamaole Beach view, super comfy bed, well stocked, close to restaurants, fantastic snorkeling spots and beach fun!! Anita was extremely responsive and took extra special care in every communication to make sure we were happy. We can’t wait to return!!

Just what the doctor ordered...
What a lovely place in a great location. Anita thought of every detail and all those extras made our first trip to Maui so carefree and unforgettable. She even made time to stop by to say "hi" on a hectic day for her. We were able to be as active or leisurely as we wanted with plenty of services and food outlets within walking distance of the condo. Mahalo, Anita, for your special hospitality.

Amazing stay in KBR 607
This is the 5th time my husband and I have visited Kihei and our first stay in KBR 607. We have already booked again. It looks exactly as the pictures, clean, comfortable and very well stocked, a treat as other places we have stayed didn’t even provide salt and pepper. 2017 was a difficult one for our family so we spent much of our time lounging on the lanai with a refreshing beverage, gazing at the beautiful view of the ocean while watching the whales breach. The perfect place for rejuvenation. There are many restaurants close by, our favourite being Cafe O’Lei while sitting at the bar people watching. We went to Ho’Okipa twice to watch the high surf and counted 30 sea turtles one day. We also went to Mama’s Fish House for an absolutely delicious, very expensive lunch. It was all that it was cracked up to be. Of course my husband golfed a number of times at some of the many beautiful courses and we shopped in Wailea. All in all a 5 star stay with the help of our wonderful host Anita. She couldn’t have been more thoughtful and attentive. See you next January, our home away from home.
