Our condo is in (Bldg. 1 - 2nd floor, Unit #1-204) in the Kamaole Sands resort and located on the INNER COURTYARD with awesome panoramic views.

From our lanai you'll enjoy a super view of Mount Haleakala, plus partial ocean view and the Island of Kahoolawe, all while overlooking lush tropical gardens with fish ponds, fountains, flowers and lots of foliage.

Gorgeous Kamaole Sands resort in South Kihei next to Wailea with Fifteen acres of lush tropical grounds with fishponds, fountains, waterfalls, and abundance of tropical plants and flowers.

Our condo, "Behr’s Retreat", unit 1-204, is a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with an upgraded kitchen that includes all new appliances, tiled counter tops and back splash, A complete new shower in the hall bathroom, carpeting in bedroom and living room, and tiled floors elsewhere. And tiled Bathroom floors and vanity tops. And we have Mirrored closet doors. In unit washer & dryer (new 2022).
Fully furnished, a new queen size bed (2018) and a new sofa bed with 6 inch mattress in 2016, plus a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare most any meal, and we provide all your linens and towels.

The resort amenities include a large pool, a large flagstone sun deck, two Jacuzzis, a children’s wading pool, four tennis courts, and eight barbecue areas. Two activity centers, and every Wednesday a Mai Tai party at poolside with live entertainment and often hula dancers. Also a 24-hour front desk, free WiFi, a wake-up service, babysitting, and dry cleaning.

Easy short walk to fine restaurants, delis, shopping, and four of the best beaches on Maui. Short drive to most of Maui’s top ten activity attractions and World Class Golf Courses.

Cancellation Policy:
$100 cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 60 days prior to arrival for low season. All Payments non-refundable if cancelled within 60 days of scheduled arrival. Cancellation on or after arrival- all payments forfeited.

Yours is Most Appealing

Hey Earl, we have enjoyed our time in your property, we have stayed in many properties at KS and our feeling is that the location as well as the beach chairs umbrellas and boogie board etc go beyond expectations! We have stayed in condos with updated kitchens and bathrooms yet yours is most appealing as the price point, cleanliness, beach amenities, barbecue tools and an abundance of kitchen tools is second to none. The availability of cleaning supplies and tools is also fantastic! Feel free to cut and paste my words for your reviews and I will also post an extremely positive review of the property! My wife also enjoyed the extensive library. That being said that there will be no damage to your property upon inspection and I would like you to hold back the damage deposit on a hold for a future rental for check in on January 3 2022 and departure on February 3 2022. I am sure you don’t have rates and availability set as of now but if it is ok with you keep the deposit as a future booking, mahalo Bruce

Time spent was magical

After a harrowing time getting here, the time spent was magical. We explored a lot of new beaches and snorkle spots. We've never seen as many turtles as we did this time! We even saw a squid. The road to Hana ws beautiful. Thank you for stocking the condo so well.
