One of the best-reviewed properties on Maui, the lush Kamaole Sands sits on 15 acres of tropical gardens, features the largest resort pool in South Kihei, and is ideally situated a hundred yards off pristine Kamaole III Beach. It is walking distance to a dozen restaurants and two blocks adjacent to Wailea. The Penthouse location at the apex of the property, overlooking the property’s award-winning gardens and water features, positions the unit for privacy.
A sparkling new kitchen features granite counters and Cherry cabinets, wine fridge, and everything you’ll need to prepare and indulge in your private Maui feast. There is plenty of seating at the dining table and counter, and the ocean view lanai is the perfect retreat to begin and end each day. The two bedrooms are well-separated, and there are two bathrooms.
High-end bedding and mattresses assure great rest after your Maui adventures. A luxury King hosts in the Master Loft Suite, which is cooled by the elevated positioning of the AC station on the great room wall. Bedroom two is equipped with twin beds. There are TVs in both bedrooms with Premium cable and streaming throughout. Luxury linens and bedding are included.
The Wi-Fi is lightning-fast, and there is a writing desk. There is a full compliment of beach gear, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and towels. The single zone split AC system is based in the living room and fans help move the air throughout the rest of the unit.
Kamaole III Beach, just across the street, is a sun-worshiper’s delight and its’ sloping lawn is the perfect venue from which to take in Maui’s legendary sunrises. “Kam III” is known for excellent snorkeling and clear, warm-water swimming, and for the sea turtles that often nibble its reef. The beach park has restroom and shower facilities, and adjoins the South Maui Beach Path, which meanders for miles along Kihei’s coastline. Walk north and you’ll toe the sand of Kamaole I and II Beaches. Head south past the Kihei Boat Ramp to Keawakapu Beach, and all the way to the Wailea Beach Path. Standup paddle and kayak right across the street, and whale-watch in the winter, right off the shore.
Along with the resort pool, there is a dedicated child’s wading pool, two hot tubs (one adults only), four well-maintained tennis courts, and gas grills conveniently located for guest use.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.

Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:

Great Kam Sands condo
Condo is as described, updated kitchen, comfortable king bed, clean, has all the amenities you need. As with all the loft units, the upstairs can be a little warm but they have plenty of fans in addition to the living room a/c unit which kept it comfortable. We had one small issue with a moisture alarm going off and property management was helpful and responsive.

Perfect Family Stay
This unit offers everything you require for a comfortable stay in Kihei. The unit is nicely appointed with a beautiful lanai. We appreciated the fine stemware and all cooking necessities. Beds are comfortable however we found it to be a bit warm so the fans were very helpful. We would love to return.
