This condo has been beautifully renovated, over looks a tropical garden, and has a partial ocean view.
Our unit has two large FLAT SCREEN TVs, luxury tropical-style furniture, including a KING BED & QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA.
Complimentary cable TV and wireless internet access are included as well, so bring your wireless devices.
Our unit is centrally located within the resort and it’s an easy 3 minute walk to "Kam III" beach or 1 minute to the pools and spas.
Our updated kitchen is a chef's delight and is outfitted with items you need for everyday use. Lots of dishes, stemware, cookware, toaster, coffee bean grinder & maker, blender, knives, etc.
There is a washer & dryer in the unit with an iron & ironing board for your convenience.
Linens and towels are provided. Additionally, we share beach towels, umbrella, cooler and Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, for your excursions.
The tiled outdoor lanai is perfect for sunset drinks or a morning brunch. Also enjoy a great cross breeze with the safety of our locking front entrance security screen door.
Resort amenities include well maintained grounds, meandering pathways to the beach and swimming pools, two hot tubs (one is adults only), kids wading pool, gym, pickleball and tennis courts, BBQs, and an onsite concierge.
It is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and miles of world class beaches. Other nearby activities include world class golfing, snorkeling, body surfing, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating adventures such as whale watching, scuba-diving, fishing, dinner cruises, etc.
There is a pool-side party each Wednesday afternoon, with live Hawaiian music and dancing.
There is COMPLIMENTARY coffee and from 7 am to 9 am in the lobby and the newspaper is available daily at the pool.
Our assigned parking space is close to the unit.
We offer late check-outs at 1/2 of the nightly rate for stays over 7 days.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, a full refund. For cancellations less than 60 days and more than 30 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
