From the front door, a magical stretch of Maui beach awaits your exploration -- and inside, this condo has been beautifully remodeled from top to bottom, with all sparkling new furnishings, surfaces, and fixtures. Kihei Garden Estates B-103, a ground level unit in Building B at Kihei Garden Estates, features a painted and polished concrete flooring and counters set the tone for tasteful, understated elegance, and no expense has been spared to create the ultimate home base for your Maui adventure.
The kitchen features new, full-sized stainless appliances, and everything you'll need to prepare and serve your private island feast. Air conditioning in the living room, free WiFi, premium cable, and on-site laundry are among the conveniences. There is no AC in the bedroom, but the concrete floors and the airflow from the living room does a nice job of cooling the unit.
A plush queen bed with luxury bedding combines with a comfortable new sleeper sofa to host four in consummate style and comfort. The bathroom was beautifully remodeled, with a gorgeous walk-in shower.
Kihei Garden Estates is a low-key, low-density property set amongst Palm trees and a beautiful tropical garden setting, and features a large pool and hot tub. Walk to a dozen close-by restaurants, our favorite coffee shop on the island (Akamai), and a grocery store a half block away. Watch the sunsets from the close-by beach.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
PARKING:
Parking is permitted in any open space. Please always keep your permit on a dash board.
OWNERS CLOSET:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
TELEPHONE:
Local calls are free. Please use your calling card or credit card for long distance calls.
GARBAGE:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
PETS:
No pets allowed.
SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
YOUR DEPARTURE:
Check the furniture, closets and washer/dryer for you personal belongings. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the washing cycle. All furniture should be in the same place as it was on your arrival. Turn down all lights and the air conditioner. Lock all windows and doors. Return the keys to the lobby.

Perfect!
The location for this airbnb was perfect. There were many good restaurants within walking distance and also a beach 1 minute away where my girlfriend and I were able to enjoy the sunset. We had an unexpected and unfortunate incident occur during our trip, but the hosts were quick to resolve everything. We enjoyed our stay in Maui!
