Large, one bedroom deluxe ocean view condo located in the desirable Kihei Kai Nani complex and rated a “Solid Gold Value” by the Maui Revealed Guidebook. This top floor private unit is completely furnished including a well-stocked kitchen with full size appliances. This allows you to prepare meals and dine on the large lanai while enjoying a partial ocean view. For your comfort and enjoyment the condo has A.C., ceiling fans, two cable TV's, WiFi, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach toys…..everything you need for your tropical vacation. It is approximately150 yards from the front door to Kamaole II's warm, white, sand beach, which is great for swimming, snorkeling, walking and jogging; all with lifeguard safety during the day and the perfect place to watch Maui's beautiful sunsets.
Enjoy the tropical setting of this privately owned, clean, quiet, no smoking unit, adjacent to over twenty shops, restaurants and beaches. On site you will find a large swimming pool, gas BBQ's, shuffleboard and complete laundry facilities.

For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. For cancellations less than 60 days and more than 45 days prior to arrival, the fee is $500. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 45 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

A little Piece of Paradise
This was my 8th trip to Maui but the first time I have stayed at the Kihei Kai Nan and I was lucky enough to find Michael and Clare's unit (#342). They love their condo in Kihei and it was apparent upon arrival. It's well kept, clean and very comfortable. There are beach chairs, coolers, a large beach umbrella and many other amenities that make a day at the beach a breeze. From this location you can walk to just about everything, the beach across the street and close by restaurants and shops. There is a partial view of the ocean from the spacious lanai, Since there is no elevator there are no walkways that are normally outside the bedroom windows so it's a very quiet location. The unit is in building 11 which is conveniently across from the pool and set back from the road....again, nice and quite!!!! Michael and Clare were so helpful during the booking process, and kept in touch afterwards to provide information about the area, car rentals, grocery stores, etc. If it's your first time to Maui, they go above and beyond to make sure your vacation gets off to a good start. I was there at the end of October for Halloween in Lahaina and it's a wonderful time of year to visit Maui. Book this lovely unit for your Maui vacation. You won't be disappointed!!!

Wonderful Place
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mike and Clare's condo in Kihei. The location was amazing and the amenities of the complex were wonderful. Mike went out of his way to make sure that we had what we needed for a great stay!
