Once they have new housing and FEMA cancels the contract we will update everything for normal vacation stays.

Thank you for considering our ocean view condo in paradise! Our top floor, end-unit is uniquely situated across from Kamaole Beach Park II. Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount you have paid. If you cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, you will get back 50%. Otherwise, there is no refund, unless Covid-19 is involved. If you need to modify your reservation dates, do so prior to 60 days to check-in.
In the event that anyone in your party tests positive for Covid-19, a full refund is available, minus credit card fees (we don’t control the credit card company refund policies.) Please send us the positive test result of the affected party and we will issue the refund.
If there were any transaction fees or currency conversions involved in your payment method there is no guarantee that they will be refunded (not Owner’s choice).
For cancellations on or after arrival date all funds are forfeited. Early departure does not warrant any refunds.
Travel insurance is advised.
Payment Terms
Rates are displayed in US Dollars. A refundable reservation/security deposit of $300 is due within 5 business days from the date of booking. 25% of balance is due upon booking, and the last 75% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Payments by personal checks, money orders, Visa, Discover and AMEX are accepted.
Security Deposit
A refundable reservation/security deposit of $300 is due within 5 business days from the date of booking.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.

Location, location location....
Everyone has heard the term about location, and those words are very true, and it holds true with this condo.
From the start Andrew & Cynthia reached out to say hello and to offer their help in answering any questions as well as offering recommendations on places to see and favorite local restaurants . Their recommendations were certainly welcome as this was our first time on Maui.
The check in process was easy with the information in the welcome packet they provided. We arrived to find the condo clean and ready for us upon arrival. The unit is as described in the description and the pictures are accurate. We really appreciated the fact they have 2 coolers, a large one with wheels and a smaller one that you can throw over your shoulder with a few drinks in it to bring along sight seeing or to the beach if only need a few items. There was re-freezable ice packs ready to go in the freezer. There are also a couple different size boogie boards as well as a soft sided wagon filled with beach chairs loaded up ready for the first trip to the beach. Nice to have when travelling by air.
So back to the location, this place is perfectly positioned for time at the beach, casual or fine dining as well as shopping. Within a 5 minute walk from the front door we were on the Kamaole II beach which is right across the street from the property. Great beach, wasn't overly crowded and the water was clean and warm. There is also a lifeguard station on the beach to watch over everyone.
Dining and drinks are also within easy walking distance. Within a couple of blocks there is a Moose McGillicuddy's with food and a great low price happy hour! Downstairs from Moose's is Fred's Mexican restaurant with great fish tacos and outdoor seating with a beach view. Behind Fred's is Penny's Pizza and Pasta which has excellent wood fired pizza, cold beer and great service. If your looking for upscale dining, Wailea is a 6 minute drive south and features plenty of upscale dining options such as Longhi's, Tommy Bahama, Ruth Chris & many more. For breakfast I recommend trying Kihei Caffe which is about two miles north as they have an excellent breakfast. Right across the parking lot from them is Lava Java with some really good coffee and friendly staff that also gave us local recommendations on what to see.
The condo was a great place after a day out to relax, sip a cocktail and enjoy the breeze from the trade winds. I highly recommend this property!

10 days of excellence
Loved the Maui Banyon. The location of the property and the upkeep of both the building and grounds is very good. Our unit in P building 410 was exactly what was promised and much much more. In addition to all ammenties there were boogie boards, snorkel gear, suntan lotions and beach chairs for our use.
Communication with the owner was excellent prior to arrival and always available if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this unit and location to anyone. Thank you Andrew and Cindy!!
