This unit is located on the second floor of building K at Maui Hill Resort. South Kihei is home to Maui's most spectacular beaches, and is a water sports and sun-worshipers dream. This side of the island has arguably the best weather and sunniest disposition in all of the Hawaiian islands -- it is truly paradise.
This property is a block from Wailea, and less than 5 minutes from all of the Wailea resorts - ideally located for wedding parties. Contemporary and comfortable with sleeping for eight guests, the Maui Hill features the largest floor plans of any vacation rental condo in Kihei. Every amenity is covered, including a massive 70" HD Smart TV with sound bar. Docking stations/USB chargers, Bluetooth, original local art, 32" TVs in every bedroom, and washer-dryer in unit. Watch the whale spouts from two lanais. Large pool, Jacuzzi, and tennis courts.
Located in the heart of South Kihei's incredible beach and watersports culture: kayak, stand-up paddlboard, snorkel and dive right across the street in pristine, incredibly clear and warm water with spectacular visibility. In season, hear the whale song just by dipping your ears below the surface. Surf just a few blocks north, at The Cove. With a dozen or more excellent restaurants -- ranging from fine dining to casual local fare -- within a short walk, the Maui Hill features one of the best locations in South Maui.
The kitchen is completely equipped for preparation and service for eight (with a rare 8-place dining table.) The trade winds flow beautifully through this corner, end unit, with expansive lanai doors both upstairs and down, and plenty of windows. Light, bright, airy and open, the unit features AC and ceiling fans as well.
The bedrooms showcase beautiful hand carved wood furnishings imported from Bali. Two Cal-Kings (with 600+ thread count sheets), and Twins that can be seamlessly set up as a King upon your advance request feature quality mattresses and bedding.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.

Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:
Detailed instructions will be provided regarding departure process.

What a phenomenal property!
3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms gave everyone privacy. We loved the large deck with a view that is priceless! We didn’t want to come home!!! Any issue that we had was responded to virtually immediately through the app/website, and service that day. Beach chairs provided, beach towels, etc., provided - which was a nice plus. Air conditioning worked flawlessly, once repaired after 1 day… THANKYOU for providing our family with a great property, great location- and we would love to come back one day!!!
