Our condo is ideally located for quick walking access to Keawakapu and Kamaole III Beaches, two of the island's best. Both bedrooms feature high-end King Beds and luxury linens. The upstairs Master Suite features a luxurious, beautifully renovated bathroom including walk-in shower. Downstairs, the private guest suite also features a new, luxury King bed and gorgeous bathroom renovation. A comfortable sleeper sofa is in the living room.
Maui Kamaole is well-known for its quiet, lush grounds, which features many of Hawaii's unique tropical flora and rolling greenery. One of the property's two pools (both with spas) is an easy walk from the unit. There are also championship-level tennis courts and a convenient gas barbeque area.
Stroll off the grounds, and you're a few blocks away from the best of South Maui's amazing beach culture. A dozen restaurants, a couple of coffee shops, excellent shopping options, and an amazing shoreline beach walking path are all close by. Rent kayaks, standup paddleboards, and snorkel gear nearby, or drive 4 blocks to South Maui's best shore break for a beginner surf lesson. The ocean across the street is typically calm (especially in the mornings), warm, and amazing clear, teeming with tropical fish.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:
Detailed instructions will be provided regarding departure process.

The beautiful sunset views from the lanai and the walking distance to the beach made up for the dated decor. Unit felt more spacious than other Maui condos we had stayed in, though it definitely had that rental feel and was a little worn. The grounds were beautiful and very well kept and the pools and hot tubs were very nice. We really appreciated the assigned and dedicated parking spot right out front of the unit. No flexibility on check in and check out times is the standard messaging from the management group. But they were very proactive and thorough in the email and text communication.

Amazing views: unit needs updating
We loved the view from the balcony! Fun for whale watching (with binoculars), the sunsets were a daily routine! The second floor loft was beautifully remodeled, my husband and I would have selected to use it however, it lacked privacy thanks to being open to the living room, our friend enjoyed it. The high price of this unit should justify the following recommended upgrades to the main floor: deep tile grout cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, replacing the toilet seat, deep cleaning of the front load washing machine, replacing the dining table on the patio with a smaller one (impossible to move around), repairing the wobbly kitchen faucet. More expensive updates are changing the dark weathered granit countertop, replacing the stove and/or upgrade to new stainless steel appliances and living room furniture. The very strict 4:00 check in policy needs more flexibility (our unit was vacant the day before we arrived, yet, we could not access it until 4:00). It was a wonderful vacation overall, Kihei is a beautiful place!
