Taking its all-new decor theme from the stunning stretch of soft, golden sand at Kamaole Beach III just across the street, your stay is defined by surroundings completely dedicated to a great guest experience.
Recently renovated, the condo is set up for 2 couples or a family of four. Newly tiled throughout, the expansive floor plan (more than 1,000 sf) houses a brilliant brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and gathering island, and Cherry cabinetry, and every implement and appliance required to prepare and serve your private island feast. Guest gas grills are also close-by on property.
Comfort and convenience are priorities, with new, high-end Sealy mattresses all-around, and upscale tropical furnishings selected from Maui s top showrooms. The work of talented local artists accent the decor. High-speed WiFi, free assigned close-by parking, large flat-screen with cable, and a new, oversized washer-dryer in the condo are among the amenities.
The unit features an air-conditioner in the master bedroom as well as the second bedroom. A luxurious king size bed is in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. There is not an AC unit in the living room area.
Kamaole III Beach is a one minute (or less) walk from the property, and features wonderful swimming and snorkeling off the shore. Walk the shoreline trail south as far as the Wailea resorts, and watch for sea turtles feasting on the algae alongside. Boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and whale watching (in winter season) are practically at your doorstep. And within a few blocks, there are more than a dozen restaurants, coffee and smoothie shops, snorkel rental, convenience markets, and souvenir shopping. Wailea s resorts are less than five minutes away by car.
The lanai at this condo is something special -- it is roughly 50% larger than the typical vacation rental lanai, and it is put to amazing use with the scenery just across the street. It s the ultimate tropical venue from which to watch Kihei s beach-town rhythm unfold, with morning coffee or evening beverage. A new retractable lanai sun shield keeps things comfortable.
Both bathrooms were completely and tastefully remodeled with granite and glass, and feature creative tile work by favorite local artists.
The highly rated Maui Parkshore property has a sparkling pool on site as well as a BBQ area. Maui Parkshore is a 100% Non Smoking property. There are no designated smoking areas on the property.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:
Detailed instructions will be provided regarding departure process.

Maui wowie!
I don’t want to say too many amazing things because we want to keep the maui Parkshore secret to ourselves. We’ve stayed in a few units here and This was our second time staying in this unit, the first time was a handful of years ago when it was fresh on the market. Some gadgets in the kitchen have shown some wear and tear but overall, it’s just as it was then. We love the view from the lanai, easy access to the beach and pool, and it’s easy to get to many restaurants and grocery stores. Don’t get a huge car as the parking lot was made for cars from the 70’s. A Jeep Wrangler fits perfectly! We’ll be back soon!

Wonderful Kihei condo
Super clean, comfortable, modern condo with stunning ocean view directly across the street from the beach. Great location! Condo fully stocked with everything in needed to call it 'home' during your visit. Great and easy communication with property management staff. Highly recommended! I look forward to visiting again!

Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschrieben, die Fotos stimmen alle! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist sehr gut direkt über die Straße an den Strand, jeden Abend einen Traum- Sonnenuntergang. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt fleißige Hausmeister die sich sehr um Sauberkeit und Ordnung bemühen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles da was man braucht. Als Anregung wäre es noch weiter zu optimieren wenn es mehr kleinere bis mittelgroße Gläser gäbe. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Anbieter war sehr freundlich und schnell.
