Upscale tropical furnishings create a luxurious and comfortable seating area, and the condo hosts six comfortably. Premium cable and lightning-fast Wi-Fi are included. Free assigned parking is convenient to the elevator.
The master bedroom features a king size bed. The second bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted to a king (shown in the listing photos). A new queen-sized sleeper sofa provides accommodations for additional guests. Both bathrooms have been updated with tiled shower/tubs. The owners have thought of everything to create your ultimate Maui adventure. There are beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler for your on-the-sand adventures just across the street. The condo is maintained in pristine condition. The air-conditioned Master Bedroom is fitted with a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom, which is also air-conditioned, has a new queen size bed. There is not an AC unit in the living room area.
Maui Parkshore is located in the heart of South Kihei’s amazing beach culture, and three blocks from the Wailea resorts. There are a dozen restaurants within a few blocks, and three of Maui’s incredible postcard beaches (Kamaole II, Kamaole III and amazing Keawakapu) are close by. You’ll find great snorkeling steps from the unit. Rent paddleboards, kayaks and surfboards close by. The property features a sparkling pool, visible from the unit lanai, an elevator, and free parking. Maui Parkshore is a 100% Non Smoking property. There are no designated smoking areas on the property.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:
Detailed instructions will be provided regarding departure process.

Great Time
Had a great time staying at the Maui Parkshore, you cannot beat the view and location. We were traveling with our 17 month old and it was so easy and convenient to be able to just walka across the street to the park and to the beach without the hassle of having to get in to a car. The condo had everything you would need in the kitchen, well stocked with plates, glasses and pots & pans. Plenty of linens and having the washer and dryer when you have a toddler was a bonus I didn't even realize I needed until I we were there. House was clean and as described, plenty of storage and closet space and two bedrooms have A/C but living area does not, which was fine since we kept the doors open to the balcony 24/7 to get fresh air. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
