Amazing, Unobstructed Panoramic Ocean Views on Sunny Maui. A/C in living room and bedroom!
Aloha.
We have just undergone a major and complete renovation. New kitchen (granite counters/tiled backsplash), bathroom and hardwood floors throughout. There is a split A/C system with cooling in living area and bedroom.
This condo and location will be more than you could ever expect. It sure did surprise us. Great sunrise and moonrises over 10,000 ft. Haleakala Mountain from the bedroom, and the most amazing Maui ocean sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. There is ample room, lots of sleeping options. Enjoy the lanai and watch the whales (in season) or surfers directly across from the tennis court. Location is everthing, especially for a family or a couple. Just minutes to the beach, Kihei marketplace, grocery store, and many fine restaurants.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. For cancellations less than 90 days and more than 40 days prior to arrival, the fee is $100. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 40 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Great place!
Great little place in Kihei! Sunsets from the lanai are spectacular, and the place is 10 minutes walking to a variety of restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful condo in great location
Leif’s condo is wonderful and just how it looks in pictures. Great location - easy to walk to the triangle and other parts of Kihei. I contacted Leif when I wasn’t able to figure out how to turn something on and he was very responsive and even nice enough to call to make sure everything was in working order, which it was. I would definitely stay here again.
