Unit G201 is located on the second floor of the G building and enjoys a panoramic view of a small secluded cove and the beautiful Pacific Ocean.  The soft sandy beach and world class snorkeling is only steps away.  You might even get to watch a sunset wedding right on the beach!  This end-unit offers an expanse of windows on one side that overlooks a tranquil garden setting and the living area doors retract completely to offer unparalleled ocean views and access to the lanai.  The lanai offers a large table with seating for six, lounge chairs and a BBQ.  It is the perfect setting to relax, enjoy the sunset and watch the whales play.  

The breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, Molokini and Kaho’olawe are just the beginning.  Remodeled in 2017, the unit offers a well-appointed kitchen with beautiful granite countertops, updated cabinets and the dining area seats six.  There are two separate living areas with comfortable and modern sofas, one of which is a queen sleeper with a luxurious memory-foam mattress.     The wall art throughout the unit is beautiful and unique.  The unit offers high-speed Wi-Fi with access to 200 TV stations, including HBO.

The spacious master bedroom is outfitted with a king-size bed that is the ultimate in comfort.  There is a full-size dresser and plenty of room in the closet for all your personal items.  And in case you don’t want to watch what everyone else is watching, you have your own TV.  The beautifully appointed master bathroom offers both a shower and a bathtub for those nights you might want to soak in a relaxing bubble bath.  

The second bedroom offers both a queen and twin bed, as well as a spacious dresser and plenty of closet space.  The second bath is beautifully upgraded and easily accessible. The unit provides a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as kitchen soap, laundry soap and a variety of cleaning supplies.   

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.  If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule.  Mahalo for understanding.

Makena Surf is ideally located just a short drive from the upscale shopping and many restaurants of Wailea.  The nearby, world-class Wailea Golf Club offers 3 spectacular courses for those that enjoy a day on the links and the 5-star hotels offer various spa amenities, as well as fine dining.

The Makena Surf complex is a peaceful and tranquil setting with a gorgeous garden setting and easy beach access.  The many varieties of local flowers and orchids throughout the complex are a feast for the eyes and the geckos offer endless entertainment as they scurry about.    There are two large pool areas with lounge chairs and hot tubs, as well as two tennis courts.  Po’olenalena Beach is a just a short walk through the complex and is a perfect spot to spend the day sunning, swimming and relaxing.   There is simply no better place to spend your days on Maui than at Makena Surf.

All Prices are in US Dollars. A rental agreement will be sent for your approval. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated.  Please plan accordingly.  If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.

All units are equipped with smart locks.  The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
