This top-floor unit opens up the view with floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows, which accesses an oversized, private lanai-balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or taking in morning coffee, evening refreshments, or even dinner. Along with the wonderful views and peek of the ocean comes privacy: there’s no one above you. The property is surrounded by beautifully tended tropical gardens and a fantastic ocean view from the lanai.

Close to two of Wailea’s most spectacular beaches, Ulua and Mokapu, the Grand Champions is located just up the hill from the Shops of Wailea where an array of restaurants and world class shopping await. The property is convenient to snorkeling, hiking trails, and the three famed Wailea golf courses. In fact, the “Old Blue” clubhouse is just across the street, along with our favorite coffee stop, Akamai Coffee. Free parking is close and convenient to the unit. The complex features two swimming pools, sundecks, spa tubs, showers and bbq grills.

A new Split AC keeps this single-story unit nice and cool, and high-speed Wi-Fi keeps you connected.  Furnishings, art and beds were selected from Maui’s premiere showrooms and reflect the owners’ commitment to the best possible guest experience. Everything is fresh and new in the kitchen which features granite counters, hardwood cabinets and dual sinks, and is outfitted to prepare and serve your private Maui feast. For good measure, there is a convenient gas grill on site, and it’s a close stroll to the pool and hot tub.

Your Grand Champions 55 is furnished with a wrap-around couch, comfortable chair, a small table, and excellent lighting. The dining room is set up for six. The extra-large en suite Master Bedroom features a supremely comfortable King bed and oversized shower. Bedrooms two and three feature a Queen and Twins. There is a washer-dryer in the unit.

This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time.  If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule.  Mahalo for understanding.

All Prices are in US Dollars. A rental agreement will be sent for your approval. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated.  Please plan accordingly.  If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.

All units are equipped with smart locks.  The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.

Rental Policies

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
