Amenities of this lush, low-density 24-acre property include its beach front pool pavilion, fitness center, and gated access to the beach. There are two pools on property.

Fleetwood sliding doors and windows frame magnificent ocean and outer island views, and a private backyard courtyard hosts your own BBQ and seating. The unit’s bedding – a California King, King, and two twins that can convert to a King, along with a sleeper sofa – is fitted with premium hotel-level mattresses and luxury bedding. The open-concept kitchen was completely redesigned to enhance the main living area’s natural flow and is well-equipped to create and serve the impromptu feast. All-new components include a Bosch induction range and Sub-Zero fridge. Quartz “waterfall” countertops compliment custom Diamond cabinets, and abundant storage includes a full-scale pantry.
You’ll notice countless interior details as you acclimate including solid doors, motorized blinds, 76” HD Smart TV, and a built-in GE Monogram wine fridge. Other details, like sound-deadening QuietRock Ceiling throughout, are more subtle. Washer and dryer are full-sized.
The iconic Elua Village has gated access to the Wailea Beach walking path, and is adjacent to the Andaz Hotel, Shops at Wailea, and the Wailea Blue course. A half-dozen fine dining restaurants are within a short walk, and the nearby Wailea Shops offers ice cream, coffee, great shopping and a handful of excellent restaurants.
This immaculate property, managed by Vacation-Maui, is complete with beach gear, including beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, early check-ins and late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. No Smoking. Pets NOT allowed. Parties, receptions, luaus, events, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. or later. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-ins and/or late checkouts cannot be accommodated. Please plan accordingly. If you have a late flight, we suggest booking another night to get the most out of your time on the island.
All units are equipped with smart locks. The door code will not work until the check-in time and will stop working precisely at the check-out time.
State and County Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Rental Policies
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card on file.
Cancellations must be in writing. Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.
Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, there shall be no refund.
Payment Terms
All Prices are in US Dollars. No payment is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will be charged to your card on file.
Security Deposit
No Security Deposit is collected. However, the guest may be charged for missing items, excessive cleaning, violations of the house rules, and any damage done to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
Release of Liability
Guests are granted access to Rental Property and many of amenities that exist within the property. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Guests agree to use any personal and real property belonging to the Homeowner at their own risk and agree to release Homeowner of all liability associated with using such property. Homeowner cannot be held responsible or liable for injuries that occur while Guest is in possession or use of property. Guests agree to further to take on any liability associated with a third-party guest visiting the Rental Property or use of the Homeowner's property. Homeowner does not permit use of any of Homeowner's Property other than by the Guest and hereby disclaims any claims of liability associated with the Rental Property or property within and around the rental unit.
House Rules
Parking:
Parking is permitted only in the designated spaces.
Owners Closet:
The locked closet contains owners' personal items. Please be respectful.
Garbage:
Roaches are a common problem in the tropics. Please keep the kitchen clean from bread crumbs and food spills. Dispose of all trash at least every day.
Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of others. No loud parties, no music outside after 10 pm.
Pets:
No pets allowed.
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated areas only.
Arrival:
Arrival instructions will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your arrival.
Departure:
Detailed instructions will be provided regarding departure process.

Our stay was wonderful! This apartment was perfect, it had all the amenities of being home. It was in a perfect location, short walk to a beautiful beach, very nice walking path along the beach, one of the best snorkeling areas, short walk to a shopping center and restaurants.

We stayed at 803 for about 2 weeks with our 3yo and 18 month old boys. It worked great! We were a little worried about the floors with the little kids but it was totally fine. There are a few outdoor steps but we just did a wheelie with the double stroller and made it just fine. We thought the place was pretty toddler proof and would absolutely recommend it to a friend and go again. My husbands review is, “that place was the all time best”.
