Relax on our private lanai while you listen to the waves and enjoy breathtaking 180° oceanfront views of neighbor islands, sunsets, and humpback whales (in season). Our tropically decorated, 3rd floor, studio Valley Isle Resort condo includes entertainment basics such as flat panel TV with cable, DVD, CD/MP3/IPod player, plus free high-speed Internet connection for your laptop.
From making morning coffee, to preparing a special romantic dinner to eat on the lanai as you watch the sunset, our modern kitchen with all new appliances has everything you need.
The 3rd floor studio features a queen-size Murphy bed with hotel-quality Serta mattress and box spring, which pulls down from the wall for a comfortable night's sleep and stores easily during the day to provide a spacious living area. Ceiling fans in the living area, kitchen and bath, and the security screen door allow for excellent circulation of the tropical breezes to keep you comfortable without the need for air conditioning. Leave the lanai door open and fall to sleep to the sound of the waves. A laundry room is located just down the hall.
Enjoy our sandy beach, heated pool and gas BBQ. A wide variety of activities, restaurants, and shopping are within easy walking distance, or less than 15 minutes drive in nearby Kaanapali, Kapalua or Lahaina.

Full refund for cancellations more than 45 days in advance of arrival, after that the deposit is forfeited unless dates are rerented.

Jim and Sue have a beautiful Maui home right on the water. The reservation process was easy and they provided very detailed pre-arrival instructions before our stay. Jim and Sue were always very quick to respond to us and were great in communication. Check-in was quick, parking was always available, location was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches and a gym (if that's important to you).
The common area has grills and a pool with ample space. Laundry is right down the hall and there was never a wait. Kitchen was equipped with all of the tools needed to cook some meals which being away. The condo faces west so you get a beautiful view of the sunset.
The only negative is that the sandy beach in the photos is not actually usable. There was some erosion over the years and the water comes up a lot closer to the building than expected. While that's a negative it's a HUGE positive that you can sleep with the patio doors open and fall asleep/wake up to the sound of the waves right outside your window. This is priceless!!
Overall we had a great stay and I would highly recommend Jim and Sue's place to anyone!
